SELFTITLED
Center
of Gravity
Released February, 2000
This was the first real album we ever recorded and I'm not sure if we were ready
for all the hard work that came alone with it. Everyone was tired of recording
demos DIY style, we wanted to be in a real studio and record our first full length
album. To do so we acquired the help of Keith Welchel and began recording in
his Clemson, SC studio in early December of 1998. We spent almost a year laying
down tracks and mixing. Selftitled was a huge step for the band and songs like "My
Idea of Fun," "Lake View Dr.," and "Piece of Mind" all
received notoriety from local radio stations. Unfortunately, Center of Gravity
broke before the album could be released. It's now faithfully awaiting its rebirth.
